So tonight was a work get together for dinner and a cookie exchange. The company had had a Christmas party a few weeks ago which I had planned to go to but didn't for reasons that boil down to social anxiety is a bitch. But tonight was just people from my store so it was much easier to handle.

So busy with work -- this is the first time since American Thanksgiving weekend that I've had more than one day off in a row (and I find I do need the two days in a row to fully decompress) but my schedule between now and Christmas has actually got better -- I'll have the next two weekends off. First off, the biggest change in the last couple of weeks is I got a job -- working at the Tim Hortons at the local mall. So nothing too earth shattering or amazing, but yay for money coming in. So I had a lovely surprise waiting for in the mail this morning -- an Amazon package from chriszac.
